Birth Doula Package
Free Consultation
The first 60 minute consultation is free of charge to you. This meeting is just to get a good feel for each other and to see if I could be a good fit for your experience.
Phone & Email Support
I am available to my mamas via phone, text or email for any questions that weren't covered during our prenatal visits. I will make my best effort to get back to you as soon as possible.
Prenatal Visits
I offer up to 2 prenatal visits where I cover a wide variety of topics. These visits are structured around your needs and include sharing information with your partner on comfort measures for birth, a birth planning session, self-advocacy, exercises for optimal fetal positioning, and more!
During labor
I offer continous labor support starting from the time we agree to meet through the immediate postpartum. I also include an extra visit, to help with optimal fetal positioning, and the birthing person's comfort, for extended periods of prodromal labor that is affecting sleep. My role is to complement your birth team and help them participate as much or as little as you, the mother, and your team would like. I can also take photos for you, with your permission, as long as it doesn't interfere with my ability to doula you. I will also support your efforts to breastfeed, if needed.
Postpartum follow-up visits
I offer 8 hours of in-home postpartum care once you're home with baby. These hours can be used as 1 overnight shift or 2-4 hour daytime shifts! During our postpartum visits we can process your birth story as well as get some extra hands to help with light housework, breastfeeding/engorgement/feeding support, postpartum healing, and newborn care.
Community Referrals
I am part of a village of professionals that cover a wide range of medical, physical, informational, and emotional needs for mamas during pregnancy, labor, and postpartum periods. As part of my community, you also have access to my village!

postpartum Doula Package
Daytime Support
Free 60 minute consultation. Upon hire, we'll do a 2 hour intake in your home where you show me the ropes of how your household typically runs. I offer 4 hour minimum shifts where I help with light housework, provide breastfeeding support, assist in newborn care, and aid in the birthing person's postpartum recovery. I also offer support to your partner and members of your village who are helping to raise your baby by modeling care that is most helpful to the baby, birthing person, and your lifestyle. My job is to love you, your baby, and your support where you're at in your journey to building your family.
Overnight Support
Free 60 minute consultation. Upon hire, we'll do a 2 hour intake in your home where you show me the ropes of how your household typically runs. I offer 8 hour overnight shifts where I help with light (quiet!) housework, provide breastfeeding support, assist in newborn care, and aid in the birthing person's postpartum recovery. But, mostly, overnight support is about helping parents get longer stretches of sleep! Sleep is an extremely important aspect of postpartum recovery for everyone that shares the home with you.

Area of Service
I can travel up to 15 miles surrounding the 78723 zip code for no additional charge to services.
Destinations outside of this area are subject to a modest mileage fee that is negotiable upon hire.
